HOW TO SET UP YOUR JANE ACCOUNT?
After booking your initial appointment, you'll receive a confirmation email with the subject “Thanks for Booking”. To set up your Jane account, you'll want to click on the “Fill Out Form” button in your email. This will take you to our Juniper Jane website where you'll be able to create your account credentials. You can choose a username or use your email address and set a password. It's important to do this right away because the link in your email will expire. After you have chosen your credentials, click “Continue”. This will create your Juniper Jane account and will prompt you to fill out your intake form. You can fill out the intake form right away, or you can return to do it later.
HOW TO GET TO THE CLINIC, IMPORTANT INFORMATION.
We are located in the StoneCreek plaza in Timberlea. You can access the clinic from either the ground level or parking level 1. If parking underground, please follow signs for Shoppers Drug Mart and McDonalds. On the ground level, please enter through the big doors that say 112 above them. They are located to the left of Shopper’s Drug Mart. When you enter into the lobby, you can take either the stairs or the elevator to the second floor.
Once on the second floor, you will walk down the hallway past several doors. We are located on the right-hand side, unit 204.
Arrive 5 minutes early and don’t forget to bring any insurance information that you haven’t already uploaded on your intake form. You will be asked to take your shoes off and you are welcome to put on some cozy slippers.
We share washroom facilities with other businesses on our floor. They are located down the hall from us, on the same level. The washrooms are gendered and are accessible by a code provided at the front desk. Inside the washrooms the doors go all the way to the floor for complete privacy.
