BIOGRAPHY

Dr. Mackenzie Kranics, ND, is a Naturopathic Doctor devoted to helping individuals navigate the perimenopausal and post-menopausal stages with clarity, confidence, and care. Her clinical work is grounded in the science of hormone health, complemented by the holistic principles of naturopathic medicine.

Inspired by her late mother, Rosemarie Kranics, Dr. Kranics embraces a compassionate, heart-centered approach that honors the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. She views menopause not as an endpoint, but as a profound transition that deserves skilled, individualized support. Each treatment plan is designed collaboratively, addressing hormonal changes, sleep patterns, cognition, bone health, and overall vitality while respecting each patient’s personal story and pace of change.

In her practice, Dr. Kranics integrates nutrition, botanical medicine, and lifestyle interventions with evidence-based menopause research. Through her educational platform, The Menopause Way, she provides accessible information, community support, and group programs to help people understand and thrive during midlife and beyond.

Her goal is simple yet transformative: to help every patient feel informed, empowered, and supported in creating a healthy, vibrant future.
